UMB Social Voice Guide

When we began creating content for UMB Bank, we were tasked with recreating the brand's voice on social media. UMB Bank prides itself in its unparalleled customer service, and desired to become more approachable online. Working closely with the client to adhere to brand standards and legal considerations, I wrote their new (and first of its kind) social media voice guide, which describes:

  • Who the brand is
  • Who the brand should be talking to
  • What the brand should be talking about 
  • Where the brand should be interacting with their consumers
